Annual General Meeting
We are inviting our patients, visitors and relatives to find out all the latest news on patient safety and performance this week.
The hospital’s annual meeting is on Thursday, September 25, and is open to all members of the public.
Patient safety is the hospital’s top clinical priority and the meeting will focus on improvements being made, including the latest infection control initiatives.
The 2007/08 annual reports and accounts will also be presented.
Hospital Chief Executive Andrew Reed said: “This is a chance for people to find out more about their hospital. There will be an overview of performance and we will be talking about plans for the future, with patient safety as a strong theme.”
The meeting is at 5pm in the main lecture theatre of the Postgraduate Centre at the hospital.
The hospital’s vibrant 48-page 2007/08 annual report will be available electronically. E-mail jan.rowsell@ipswichhospital.nhs.uk if you would like a copy.
