How to contact PALS
In person:
The PALS officeis on the ground floor next door to the South Finance Office. We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
If you are a patient staying in hospital:
Ask a member of staff to bleep us on Bleep 691. We can come to the ward or you can come to the office if you prefer.

In an emergency situation:
The Bed/Site Managers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on Bleep 690.
PALS in the community:
If your concern relates to dentists, GPs and other health services in the community you should contact East Suffolk PCT PALS on freephone 0800 328 4714.
